If you’ve discerning taste buds when it comes to cocktails then Liquor and Co in Chester is a must go to destination. With an extensive cocktail list to choose from, all made by expert mixology wizards, there’s something for all tastes, no matter what your favourite base spirit. They even infuse their own spirits. Fig infused Cointreau is one I’ll be trying to replicate at home with my own fig crop. Far more fun than a fig and blue cheese salad!
The atmosphere was perfect with a nice bubble of background noise and cosy light levels. You could accidentally spend far longer in here than you meant too (as we did!) and for the select few, there’s a surprise waiting.
